The emerald Armor.
As you may all know, the Emerald Armor is now Diamond legal. Also as you may all know, Kakita Toshimoko Exp is Diamond legal due to the soul of proxy effect.
A proxy is just that -- a proxy. It is used *in place of* the Diamond Edition card, and it *plays* as the Diamond Edition card.

Will Kan'ok'ticheck's trait allow him to return ratling follower tokens to play attached to him?
No (Diamond Edition rules, pg. 71).
Why not? I'm asking for a little more clarification than just "No, he can't."
See definition of "remove from the game" (Diamond Edition rules, pg. 103).
events and shrine of the sun question
If an event has resolved twice with on going effects (from say, Moon and Sun) would a player need one ot two Shrines of the Sun to remove it's effects completely?
Two, because Shrine of the Sun negates effects from a given *card*.
If Moon and Sun is used to allow a resolved [Far from the Empire] resolve again will the hoonor required for honor victory increase by 3 or 6 each time the favor is used?

If shrine of the Sun is used to stop [Far From the Empire], all the honor victory increase it has perminently created removed as well thus setting the the victory condition to normal?

Can Isawa Fosuta force a personnality to use the capacity of an attached corrupted jade sliver?
No. "Perform" and "on" are not synonyms.

when you switch cards from one personality to another is that considered attaching them?
Yes.
Plans within plans (rule question)
in DE plans within plans will let you take limited actions in a battle?
From my answer three days ago, the first time you first asked the question: "No (barring effects that create battles in Action Phase), because you can't have a battle unless you've passed on your opportunity for an Open."
ARe there any restrictions to this limited action if able?
They follow the same rules for Battle and Open actions (see Archive, General Rules, Battle: http://l5r.alderac.com/rulings/#Battle)

Family Honor. Any references to gaining or losing honor refer to your honor total.
Is there a way to increase a character's Personal Honor[?]
Yes. I'm not about to list them all here, as that's not quite my department.
