Can Eiji cause an honor loss due to Goshu no Shiryo?
I don't mind so much that I answered this question less than a week ago...

*No*. From my 2 July post: "Eiji looks for a card that causes an Honor loss 'when one of its *actions* is used.' Goshiu no Shiryo does not give a Personality an action."

Tactician Question
does the "once per battle" refer to the battle being resolved or the battle in which the tactician is when the ability is used?

Kyuden Ikoma - 2 Actions for the price of one! [Ruling?]

I'm using Kyuden Ikoma. I'm attacking. I have a Scout. Using the Scout I choose to play a terrain. I bow Kyuden Ikoma to cancel the Entrapping Terrain. Therefore, I may still use my Scout to drop a terrain, before the defender's first action. Kyuden Ikoma says I may immediatley take another action, so I use Arrows from the Woods. Now I drop my Deadly Ground using the Scout's ability.
No. A canceled action "still counts as a player's one opportunity to act" (Gold Edition rules, pg. 45). No double terrains.
This ruling is tentative and may reverse.
Kanashimi - Stolen Records - Ring of the Void Question
I have Kanashimi in play, and play Stolen Records. If one of the cards that my opponent draws is the Ring of the Void, do they get to play it immediately[?]
No. Stolen Records is still resolving (Ring of the Void card text).
