Yes. I Give You My Name does not negate entering-play effects.

shioda says bow shioda and a temple you control to straighten your stronghold
if i have the region temples of the new toa on a province can i bow the region to satisfy shioda's ability?
Sure. The Temples of the New Tao is a Temple card, according to the rulebook.
kisada sensei says if your family honor is above ten you can only gain honor from a battle or duel can i play a winds truth on an honor gain from a battle or duel and gain it since the honor is gained from a battle or duel but redirected or does it mean i have to be the one gaining the honor origionally and cant redirect it
Going by the card's exact wording, you don't have to be the winner of the battle or duel. If another player's battle or duel honor gain is redirected to you, you receive it in full.

Can counterattack be played as follows..
Player A attacks player B.
Player B allows the attack to come through and then Counterattacks. Player B plays Rally Cry. Player A does NOT play a Counterattack in response. Can player B play a SECOND counterattack using the same trigger as the 1st counterattack?
Yes. [GE p. 48] Note that Player B's Rallying Cry has absolutely no bearing on whether his second Counterattack is legal -- it only makes it more effective.
