Can anyone tell me where on the Web the -current- information for the Imperial Asembly is?
Most notably, I'm looking for how to join and how much it is for international members.

What is the final day we will be able to order the set?
There is no closing date. At this time, we plan to accept orders until we run out of stock.
Berserker Rage Question [Jeff]
Not sure if this has been asked yet, but this came up tonight.
Is Berserker Rage a bonus?
If, and only if, it increases the total current Force of the Personality. [p. 31] If Hida Tenshu Frenzies, then Berserker Rages, it's a bonus (9F -> 12F). If he Berserker Rages while holding an 8F Celestial Sword, it's not (14F -> 12F).
The text of the card says "That the Berserkers force becomes equal to twice his or her printed Force until the battle ends". Can this be cancelled with a In Seach of the Future?
If it's a bonus, yes.
Can I use Berserker Rage on a berserker peep with Tachi attached?
It's always legal to play it. It just won't do anything if his current Force is less than twice his printed Force.
Stupid Hellbeast question
I'm pretty good about remembering past rulings, and I'm pretty good about seeing what a ruling will most likely be (most of the time), but there's still room for stupid questions. :)
Hellbeast is an Item, right? It looks like an item, but it doesn't feel like one.
The preview is, in fact, an Item card.
1KYoD "format"
Hell, why not make a 1KYoD format this simple:
All cards from 1KYoD, plus anything up to and including Time of the Void
For what it's worth, that's the card set that was considered in determining what everyone's "Experienced X" numbers should be.
Goblin Sneaks Q
Will the Goblin Sneaks return if I kill their personality, but not them (using Geisha Assassin, I Challange/Duel, Kolat Assassin, Touch of Death)?
"All cards attached to a card that leaves play in any way leave play in the same fashion". [Gold rulebook p. 61] When a Personality is destroyed, all its Followers are also destroyed. This will allow Goblin Sneaks to return to play even if they are not destroyed directly -- say, their Personality died to a duel.
Agasha Chieh Q
If she is considered to be a member of my faction's family, can she use a non-Phoenix Sword and get all the goddies?
No. Family and Faction are not the same thing. Chieh's trait is a minor one: what it means is that, in a Phoenix deck, she effectively has the titles
Agasha Chieh, Asako Chieh, Isawa Chieh, Naka Chieh, and Shiba Chieh
all at once.
In other Clan's decks, she'll have different names.
