Question - Enough Talk
If there is a tie in the duel created by Enough Talk, does the political action succeed?
No. A tie is a loss for both players.
Rules Questions
With the MRP to Iaijutsu Art, can you still use Kakita Noritoshi ability to double a focus value?
Yes.
Can you use Jiro's ability when Judgement of Toshinken is in play.
It's legal to perform the action, but it won't do anything.
If you are playing with the MRPed Kosaten Shiro, can you still bring in Small Farms for 0 gold?
The minimum only applies when you're actually reducing a cost -- which you're not in the case of Small Farms.
