Will the ongoing effect from my opponent's Scorpion Wall is Finished force him to accept my Facing Your Devils' challenges?
Scorpion Wall is Finished: Until the game ends, other players' actions will not discard cards from your hand, and after a player has resolved two actions that put cards in his hand in one phase, no more cards will be put into his hand that phase.
Facing Your Devils (Oracle): Battle/Open: Bow your unbowed performing Monk or Shugenja and target a Personality: Your Personality challenges the target. The Personality's controller may discard cards with a total Focus Value greater than the challenger's Chi; if he did, his Personality may refuse. Destroy the duel's loser.
