Shrine to the Heavens and multiple Celestials

L5R CCG Rules board, 21 August 2012 to 27 August 2012

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

I hope I can word this question in a way that it makes sense. Here goes:

I've got in play a Celestial (Jurojin's Blessing) and one Shrine to the Heavens. I use my Border Keep and I reveal 2 more Celestials (Ryoshun's Guidance and Benten's Blessing). My question is: will the trait on the Shrine kick in twice, even though Ryoshun's and Benten's are revealed and enter play simultaneously? The trick is that its wording is "after one of your Celestials is revealed in a province". Can I end up with all three Celestials in play?

Full text for reference: "After one of your Celestials is revealed in a province: You may choose one of your Celestials in play. If you do, it is not discarded because of the other Celestial entering play."

Thanks.

There is still a trigger/reaction window for each of the individual cards revealed during Border Keep's simultaneous flip. Therefore, Shrine to the Heavens can use its trait for each revealed Celestial, targeting the one in play each time, and you will get to keep all three.
