Subject: Goju Yurishi vs Power of Strength and Inexorable

I know this has been a while, but I've been busy. Looking through the original question. It was asked if the Player of Power of Strength, also played Inexorable in reaction to either Yurishi's reaction. If it were, wouldn't that mean the effects of Power of Strength would still proceed (Not be negated by at least one of the Yurishi's reactions), so wouldn't that mean the Ranged Attack could be modified by a "No Hiding Place" to still RA the Yurishi. I admit without a pre-existing force reduction or RA boost(Precision) the destruction won't happen(due to No Hiding Place reducing the strength of the RA), but that is different than saying "The reaction still negates the RA", which Inexorable would clearly prevent from happening, No?
The new rule on what constitutes an effect on a personality doesn't include referencing a value, right?

You're throwing out a lot of things here that don't actually matter, although in honesty, I probably should have asked for clarification regarding when Inexorable was used.
Assuming a No Hiding Place AND the Inexorable being played on the second Yurishi's reaction rather than the first, then yes, that Yurishi could conceivably be hit by the Ranged Attack. I've updated my answer to remove the No Hiding Place reference.
