Bayushi Tenzna's abilities:
Battle/Limited: Target a Personality, or one or two Personalities if you control a Courtier: You may target a Shadowlands Personality. Give each target -3F. If this is the Combat Segment, dishonor them.
Question: A friend of mine told me I could target two personalities, and a shadowlands personality as well, does that mean I can target up to 3 max with one tenzan? Thanks!

Yes, assuming you meet all the requirements (you control a Courtier, there is a Personality in play with the Shadowlands keyword), you can target up to three Personalities with a single Tenzan. The targeting of a Shadowlands Personality is optional however, and has timing of being after the required targeting, so you don't have to announce that target until the action begins to resolve.
