I react with The Snow Has Teeth two times. Are there two separate negation effects hanging in the air or do they resolve at the same time?

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Well, both pending negation effects will TRY to resolve at the same time in response to the same movement, but then the Timing Sequence Rules kick in (here). Since they have the exact same timing, being copies of one another, the active player choose which resolves first. Now, since one negation has removed the trigger for the OTHER, the second one then is still sitting around and waiting for ANOTHER movement to trigger it; per this, from the above:
"The order of resolution means that triggered effects that come first, due to the above order, the order of Reactions, or the active player’s decision, can negate or otherwise make impossible triggered effects and Reactions that come later. When this happens, Reactions to the now nonexistent trigger may not be taken, and other effects are not triggered by it."
I hope that made things clearer.
Note: The above is not the same situation in regards to the Terrain entering play (and I mistakenly initially said that it was! ). The Terrain entering play triggers BOTH destruction effects, and the first one destroying it doesn't change the fact that it still DID enter play, so the other destruction effect ALSO triggers and just fails because the first one already popped it.
