Temple Fortress has the trait: "After the first time each turn you bow this card: Gain 1 Honor." Will bringing the holding into play trigger that trait?

Temple Fortress entering play
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. When a card enters play bowed, it is not considered to bow, because it was not in play as an unbowed card.
Because of this, Temple Fortress' trait does not trigger.
