Only if the Personality is still a legal target for the action despite being at a different location (remember the Rule of Location).
For instance, if the attacker uses a Ranged Attack with No Hiding Place to target a Personality in your home, you may use Benten's Blessing to make him target a Personality in the current battle. However, if he was using a Ranged Attack on a Personality in the current battle, you may not use Benten's Blessing to make him target someone in another battle, as that Personality is not a legal target.
