L5R CCG Rules board, 17 April 2012

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

If a Personality who performed the Blessings' action is targetted by a card that has multiple effects (i.e. The Law's Strength) will the action negate the first effect (the movement) or all the card's effects (the destruction)?

In this case it would only negate the movement, as the movement and destruction are separate effects.
