Duty of the Crab lets me bring someone into play from one of my provinces. It says I need to play the full god cost. Can I apply my clan discount to that?

Duty of the Crab lets me bring someone into play from one of my provinces. It says I need to play the full god cost. Can I apply my clan discount to that?
Well, technically, it says, "paying all costs".
If you are Crab Clan and choose to take your Clan discount, then "all costs" would be his base Gold Cost minus 2 (assuming no other non-Gold costs and that you are meeting his Honor Requirement), and that would be all you have to pay.
