Just picked up some EE starters.
I was reading through the rulebook, and couldn't quite decipher if "Proclaim" has changed the number of personalities a player can gain personal honor for per turn. Is it still only one per turn or is as many as a player can pay for? The rules don't really seem to say one way or another.

The Proclaim Reaction, like all other actions unless otherwise stated, may only be used once per turn.
