For Legacy cards, is a card with bidule in his title a bidule card ? Does burning the tombs destroy both Ancestors cards like Tsuko-no-Shiryo AND ancestors created by Emperor Legal Kitsu personalities ?

For your "bidule" question, the answer is "yes, pre-Khan's Defiance" with some exceptions. And it's possible I haven't gotten to cleaning up all the exceptions, so please use the "Report Problem" button on the Oracle if you see any that you think are in error.
And yes, Burning the Tombs destroys the Ancestor card type and cards with the Ancestor keyword.
