If I use Masaya's Open ability to jump him into play, then attach followers or items to him, when he goes back on top of my deck, where do the followers and items go?
A. On top of my fate deck B. Into my discard pile C. Somewhere else entirely

You put his attachments on top of your Fate deck, in any order.
Card types, Attachments: When a Personality leaves play, all his attached cards leave play in the same manner as he did.

What is the timing of Masaya's "before this turn ends"?
Is it any time before the turn ends?
If it's during the end phase, and Masaya has attachments, do the attachments go on top of my Fate deck before I draw a card at end of turn or after?

You draw cards during the End Phase, but Masaya and his attachments go to the top of your decks after the End Phase, just before your turn ends.
Sequence of play, End Phase: Subsequent to the end of the End Phase, the player's turn ends.
