Again! Battle: Choose your performing Kensai: Straighten him and all his Weapons. Battle abilities on his Weapons may be used a second time this turn. You may take an additional Battle action.
When Again! says 'a second time,' does that mean that you can't use Again! another time to use the battle abilities a third time? Is 'a second time' supposed to be a specific limit or should it be treated as 'an additional time?'

"A second time" is a specific limit. If you were to play a second Again! on the same Personality, it would straighten him and all his weapons, but would not allow them to use their abilities a third time.
