Can I negate the reaction of Sneak Attack by using Bad Kharma?
Bad Kharma says, "Reaction: Play this card when an action card is being played by a player with a family honor below zero. The action is canceled and its effects are negated." (Crimson & Jade)
Sneak Attack is a Strategy, ie what used to be called an action card, so yes.
