Card text- Limited: Target two Personalities: You may transfer one or more tokens from one to the other. Destroy each of the two that now has a Fire, Poison, and Sake token.
If the personalities only have Sake tokens but no Fire or Poison, are they destroyed or do they have to have all three? I liked this card at first, but I realized it said "and" instead of "or" and it gave me second thoughts.

That is correct. "and" means they require all three to be destroyed.
