When Your Clan Needs You! brings a personality into play who then creates a Spirit or Ancestor (for example, Kitsune Ohsuki) does the Spirit get created at the battlefield, or at home? Thank you.

Home is the default location where a card enters play, unless the effect that brings it into play explicitly states otherwise (e.g. "at the current battlefield" or "at XXX's location"). Kitsune Ohsuki has no such text so her Sparrow is created at home, not at Ohsuki's battlefield.
