Type Region Title Stone-Hewed Shrine Text Mountain • Temple Defending Earth Personalities have +1 Force while at this province's battlefield. Battle: Even if you control no units at the current battlefield, bow your performing Earth Personality at any location: Give the current battlefield's province +3 strength.
Does the battle ability only work for the region that Stone-Hewed Shrine is attached to or can you bow an earth personality at any location and give a different province that doesn't have Stone-Hewed Shrine the +3 strength as long as it is the current battle?

Yes you can, there is no restriction neither on Stone-Hewed Shrine nor in the rules that compels this Battle action to affect only the battlefield of the province that Stone-Hewed Shrine is attached to.
