Forgotten Temple says:
"You do not gain Honor. You may not take Political actions. You do not lose Honor from cards you own. Before you lose Honor: Reduce the loss to 1, which may not be increased."
I just want to be clear first. The 'which may not be increased' refers to the honour loss, and not the reduction applied to honour losses?
If so, then does Sacred Valley first reduce any honour loss by two, before Forgotten Temple reduces it to one? For example I make my Forgotten Temple playing opponent lose five honour; Sacred Valley reduces the loss to three, then FT reduces the 3 to a one. Similarly can Sacred Valley reduce a loss to zero before FT reduces the loss to one (or indeed after?)
Sacred Valley: Reaction: Before the resolution of another player's action begins, bow this card: Reduce all Honor losses to you from the action's effects by 2.
Thank you!

The active player chooses which effect is applied first, so it depends upon whose turn it is. This is because both the indefinite conditional effect from Sacred Valley and the trait from The Forgotten Temple have the same timing and trigger.

Per the Sticky here, please don't repost old questions. Give us time, and then PM me as it says. The system broke down a little when my computer also broke down, from May through July, and GenCon also always plays havoc with my attentiveness to the forum, but this is still the preferred method. Thanks!
