Does a bowed weapon contribute its force to a personality when calculating an armies force? Thanks for the help.

Yes, whether bowed or unbowed, a Weapon gives its Force bonus directly to the Personality, and only Personalities' and Followers' bowed or unbowed status matters when calculating total army Force.
