I would like this rule clarified a little bit as I have seen 2 different answers from the moderators. If a card goes to the graveyard/ discard pile after using the ability printed on it and a player brings it back into play on the same turn can it use it's ability again?

Zen Faulkes says yes - viewtopic.php?f=59&t=90088&p=1195695&hilit=card+memory#p1195695
Thanks I appreciate your help.

It depends on whether the card goes face-down. This is why there is more than one correct answer. If it goes face down, yes, use the ability again. If it does not go face down, not, don't use the ability again.
