If an attacking unit get moved (by Reinforce the Gates or whatever) to a battlefield that has already resolved will it still bow at the end of the attack phase?
Yes.
Battles, Final Steps: 2. Last battle cleanup: If battles have ended at all existing battlefields except this one, then any units at those battlefields return home simultaneously, and bow simultaneously or do not bow, under the same conditions as for a just-resolved battlefield. These are not effects of resolution, however.
