If I have a lion clan personality with De Bellis Yoditorum attached, who does not have the base commander keyword, and I play Spirit of the Warrior targeting him will he still have the commander keyword if De Bellis Yoditorum is no longer attached to him?

No he would no longer have the Commander keyword. When you play Spirit of the Warrior, it checks if the performer has the Commander keyword, and sees that he has it, so it grants him an ability but not a keyword.
