Reckless Rush.

L5R CCG Rules board, 23 May 2011

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

just wanted to understand how Reckless rush works as it saids "Bow your performing Personality and target an enemy card with out attachment: bow it. Destory it is it is an attachment or it base cost is 0." So can I target weapon or armor if not what does this card work on.

Also how many Open actions can you do in one turn?

Reckless rush: can I target weapon or armor(?)

Yes.

http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Card_types#Attachments: "A Personality card is not considered attached to its attachment card. Thus, Followers, Items, Spells, and so on are always 'cards without attachments.'"

Also how many Open actions can you do in one turn?

There is no limit.
