A player, 20 February 2011
Okay, So suppose that Personality X of my opponent's is dishonorable, and I target them with Pull the String. Personality X has the Samurai trait so he may seppuku. So when this happens, since it reduces all honor losses of an action down to 1, would by me reacting with Nukada make them lose 4 and me gain 3? Or them only lose 1 and me still gain 3?
Thanks much!

Personality X of my opponent's is dishonorable, and I target them with Pull the String.
Which says, "The controller of a target dishonorable Personality loses 3 Honor."
Personality X has the Samurai trait so he may seppuku.
And the player ability says, "reduce the Honor loss" -- from the three it was about to be -- "to one".
So when this happens, since it reduces all honor losses of an action down to 1,
Stop. Pronoun trouble. What is "it"? If you mean the seppuku player ability, it does not reduce all honor losses from an action; it reduces one honor loss from an action ("the Honor loss" is singular). (Few actions cause more than one honor loss, though.)
would by me reacting with Nukada make them lose 4 and me gain 3? Or them only lose 1 and me still gain 3?
Neither, if I understand the question right. (Pronoun trouble above may be confusing me.)
Doji Nukada reads, "That player" -- the one who has already lost 1 Honor from Pull the String -- "loses 1 Honor." This means he is down by 2 Honor, from two separate 1 point losses.
Finally, Nukada says, "Gain 1 Honor." You're up 1 Honor.
