Q1:Open Emotion as the defender, naval as the attacker, who gets first action? Q2:If a dual destroys my personality can i use Duty? Also when do i have to annouce that im playing duty? People i play with say i have to announce it when the dual starts not when my personality is being destroyed. Q3: in my goblin deck, i run the spider SH, does besieged borderlands give all my goblin +2F if they are opposed, or do they have to actualy have a clan alignment? Q4: If i focus, Arrows do not falter and then strick, and its a dual to the death and i lose the dual but my focus affect kill the challenger does my personality still die?

Delayed effects (Open Emotion) always come before reactions (Naval).
If a dual destroys my personality can i use Duty?

There is no winner or loser when a duel ends without resolution.
