Hi there,

Was wondering if cards like "Sanctified Temple" are considered temples for actions that require it, like for example Blessings of Sky, Shrine of Champions to name a few...

Yes.

For Cards printed prior to Khan's Defiance: "Card titles also count toward determining keywords."
