Doji Nukada: Political Reaction: After an action's resolution ends, if another player lost Honor (for any reason) during that resolution: Nukada's poems immortalize the shame. That player loses 1 Honor. Gain 1 Honor.
Legendary Feud: Open: Dishonor your performing unbowed Personality: Dishonor a target Personality. After the next time he assigns this turn, his controller loses 2 Honor.
If my opponent assigns the person targeted by Legendary Feud, can i react with Nukada to increase the honour loss?

No. Legendary Feud creates a delayed effect, and actions resolve before delayed effects kick in. See: http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Abilities_and_a ... resolution
By the time the honor change happens, the window of opportunity for the Reaction is long gone.

In regards to this question: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=88900
Just read this and found it curious. Does Doji Nukada increase the loss or create a seperate loss?

Separate (card text). It doesn't say "additional," or "more," or anything like that.
