I have not seen any recent printings on this card, but everyone tells me that there's an MRP on it.

Besieged Borderland was reprinted in CE-15 in March 2010: Battle: Bow this card: Give each opposed non-Unique Personality that do not share a Clan alignment with you in your current army +2F.
