Abilities and actions: "Abilities on a bowed card may not be used."
If a bowed Personality has an ability whose costs do not require that Personality to bow, this ability may be not used unless its text reads "even if this card is bowed" or something explicitly equivalent such as "even if XXX is bowed" where XXX is the Personality's first name.
