This is a bit of a basic question, I think, but I could not find the answer. Sorry if it was already asked under another form. As the title says:
1/ Is it possible in any way for a Dynasty card to be considered face down in the discard pile? 2/ Consequently, is it ever possible for a personality to lose its modified stats after it dies and go to the discard pile (Houhou for instance)?

No, a Dynasty card enters the Dynasty discard pile face-up (see Discard piles).
2/ Consequently, is it ever possible for a personality to lose its modified stats after it dies and go to the discard pile (Houhou for instance)?
Not by the Tracking rule, unless the card goes to another out-of-play area where it is turned face-down, such as the Dynasty deck.
