Hey guys, just need to clarify something on here I'm fairly sure of anyway

Does this mean if I overlay, for example, Daidoji Yaichiro EXP, the follower Daidoji Yaichiro exp can get upon entering play doesn't trigger?

Yes, this is what it means. If you overlay Daidoji Yaichiro (Experienced) on top of a non-Experienced Daidoji Yaichiro, its entering-play trait does not trigger and you do not attach a created 2F Follower to him.
