Hello! I have a question about Earthen Fist:
if you're targeting an enemy with earthen fist who's already been targeted by plains of resolution, even if the force reduction fails, the province strength can still be adjusted, correct?
Earthen Fist Earth * Kiho Battle: Choose your performing unbowed Monk: Reduce the Force of a target enemy Personality by an amount equal to your Monk's Force. Reduce or increase the current battlefield's province's strength by the same amount. Lose 3 Honor. FV: 2
Plains of Resolution Open: Bow this card: Your target Samurai contributes force while bowed and will not have his force reduced by other players' cards.

Correct. The "same" amount is an amount equal to your Monk's Force, otherwise it would be written like Unstoppable Power's text: "the amount of Force it lost."
