Text: Limited: Give a target personality a -1F Web token. If his Force is now 0, bow him.
How long down the bow last? Is it just for the turn or is it for the rest of the game?
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Chuda Kanashi: How long down the bow last?
http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Effects#Instantaneous_effects: "Instantaneous effects have no duration. They occur once and are not automatically reversed later."
Regarding this ruling: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=86299#p1139668
Please correct my understanding if it is incorrect:
Chuda Kanashi places a Web token onto a 3F Personality during three separate Limited Phases. One the third limited phase, that personality is now bowed.
How can the personality straighten:
a) During his controller's Straighten phase? b) Through an action that straightens a personality? c) Only once the tokens are removed? d) Never, he's stuck in a web.

Yes.
Only once the tokens are removed?
No. Removing tokens in no way, shape, or form changes the bowed status of a card. For that to happen, the ability would have to say something like, "If the Personality's force becomes greater than zero, straighten him."
