Guys some people tell me Houhou can only be use one per turn as limited action. Some other people tell me you can bring 3 of them and gain 9 of honor and buy personality gaining it personal honor.
So CE15 Houhou says that this honor gain it´s like gaining honor for entering play, So yo can not gain honor for dinasty.

Indeed, each ability can only be used once per turn unless its text explicitly says otherwise. See Abilities.

Indeed, the abilities on distinct copies of Houhou are different from each other, therefore using one of them does not forbid to use another one of them. Moreover Houhou's ability does not prevent her controller from gaining Honor during his Dynasty Phase by paying the full Gold Cost of a Personality aligned to his Clan, because this gain does not depend on the fact that you gained Honor for one of your Personalities entering play somehow, but it depends on the fact that you gained Honor thanks to the rules that are specific to the Dynasty Phase. When Houhou rises from the ashes, she does not do so thanks to the rules that apply to the Dynasty Phase, she does so thanks to her own ability.

That is not what it means. The fact that the Honor gain from Houhou's action is an Honor gain for entering-play does not mean that her controller is forbidden to gain Honor during his Dynasty Phase by paying the full Gold Cost of a Personality aligned to his Clan. Exactly as described by Brook (MacBeth2001) in the post that you quoted: "The Honor gain from Houhou's ability is not the same as buying for Honor during the Dynasty Phase. [...] A player could [...] use the Limited ability on each of 3 different dead Houhous in his discard pile during his Action Phase, then buy for Honor in his Dynasty Phase a Personality with 3PH, and then will have gained a total of 12 Honor for doing all that."
