With Successful Bounty in play, what happens if I target a personality with Bayushi Jutsushi's ability and attack with a magistrate and the personality defends?

Do they lose 4 honor or only the 2 from Jutsushi?

4, assuming he is honorable when he assigns (otherwise he does not "become" dishonorable).

The Personality whom Bayushi Jutsushi's action targeted assigns to the defending army, so now he is opposing your Magistrate in the attacking army. Jutsushi's delayed effect dishonors him and makes his controller lose 2 Honor. Thus he is opposing a Magistrate and he has become dishonorable from an action's effect so Successful Bounty makes his controller lose 2 Honor.
