Great Hall of Records says:

Text Battle: Straighten your target Personality. Give him +3F if he is opposed and a Hero.

All targeting in the constraints and effects black must be fulfilled.

Since the GHoR targets a Personality and not a bowed Personality, does that mean I can use it to give an unbowed Hero Personality +3F?

I apologize in advance if this question has been answered, but I could not find anything relating to GHoR and "targeting an unbowed personality" was just too broad. Thank you for your time.
