I do not die so Easily! Reaction: After another player's action targets your Personality during a battle: Negate his destruction from the action's effects. After the resolution of your next Battle action this battle, destroy him.
Hida Ikarukani After the resolution of an action that destroyed Ikarukani while he was at a battlefield: The enemy leader chooses and destroys one of his unbowed Personalities at the current battlefield.
The question: Does I do not Die So easily's destruction of a personality, trigger Ikarukani's trait?

No. If your Hida Ikarukani is targeted by another player's action during a battle, and you play I do not die so Easily! to negate his destruction from that action's effects, then you take a Battle action during this battle and the delayed effect from I do not die so Easily! destroys Ikarukani, this destruction does not trigger his trait, because the Reaction has already resolved before you took that Battle action (see Abilities and actions, Action resolution); "After the resolution of an action" means immediately after the resolution of an action.
