Precious Burden Text Battle: Give +2F to each Magistrate and Scorpion Clan Personality in your army with Chi greater than a target enemy Personality's Personal Honor.
Does this give +4f to scorpion magistrates who have higher chi than the targeted personalities personal honor?
Or does it mean that you only check if "one of the conditions is met" and if one of them is, even if the other is as well, at the resolution of the action you just give that personality one +2f.
