If I have 2 Morru's and buy a goblin out of a province, can i then bow both to use their reactions to try and buy 2 guys out of that same province?
Morru Spider Clan • Shadowlands • Nonhuman • Goblin • Shugenja • Alchemist After Morru enters play: Lose 5 Honor. Reaction: After a Goblin enters play from a Province, bow Morru: Refill the Province face-up.

After you bring a goblin into play from a province, you can use Morru to refill that province face-up, and if the new card is another goblin which you also bring into play, you can use another Morru to refill face up a second time.
Note that using both Morru's to react to one goblin entering play won't get you two cards into the province: you only refill with one card, and multiple Morru's (or similar effects) will just act to turn a face-up card face-up. See here.

Regarding this; With two Morru, wouldn't you be able to discard the refilled card from the province and refill again with the second Morru? Or does an effect have to specify it discards from the province in order for the province to take the top card from the dynasty deck?
Example:
I have two Morru in play. I purchase a Pokupo (because he's awesome) and react with Morru #1, allowing me to refill that province face-up. It refills with something I don't want. The reaction 'step' to Pokupo's entering play hasn't finished yet, so I opt to react with Morru #2 to refill the province.

No.
The instruction "refill the province face-up" does not mean "Take a card from the top of your dynasty deck and place it face-up in the province". It merely means that the card you are about to place face-down into the province should instead be placed face-up.

See also the new addition to the Glossary here: Refill The process of putting a Dynasty card into a momentarily empty province. Refilling is normally done with a face-down card from the top of the Dynasty deck (see Provinces). An effect that tells you to refill a province in a special way - for example, face-up and/or with a specific card - will only affect the refilling of a province that is momentarily empty for other reasons. Refill effects by themselves do not discard cards or put them in already filled provinces.
