The High House of Light VS Rosoku Sensei

Hi,

When those cards were legal for the Kotei Event, there was a specific wording for the Rosoku Sensei that prohibited using the Stronghold paying the cost of the Action with bowing the Rosoku Sensei because the Stronghold was not a card.

Now, with the Celestial Edition rulebook, the stronghold is a card. Does it mean that it is possible to bow Rosoku Sensei to pay for the action printed on the Stronghold ?

Card Text : The High House of Light After Strongholds, Sensei, and Winds are revealed, search your Fate deck for up to five cards. Put them under this Stronghold, face-down. You may look at them during the game. Limited: Any number of times per turn, target and bow a Ring you control, or bow this Stronghold: Put a card in your hand from under this Stronghold. --- Rosoku Sensei While this Sensei is in play, it counts as an Elemental Ring for actions on cards. No more than one of your Actions can put cards in your hand each phase

Thanks in advance,

Rémi.

Strongholds became cards in Samurai Edition. Rosoku's proper interaction with High House of Light has already been preserved in Legacy Rules:

For cards printed before Khan's Defiance: "Use of the word "card" does not refer to Strongholds unless explicitly stated (ie "actions on cards" does not refer to actions on a Stronghold)."
