Event Phase , Border keep and timing

L5R CCG Rules board, 9 March 2010

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

What happens with regions when you border keep? I was under the assupmtion that Guidances (Celestial) , Events and regions all took place in the Event phase but per the prior topic that is not the case.

Also: Do you bring a Guidance into play during the event phase or during the action phase?

Please disregard... Found clarification on difference in Com Rules (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Card_types#Playing_Celestials)
