Hi guys,
Unclean Sacrifice Reaction: After the resolution of another player's Battle action that bowed, moved, or destroyed one or more of your Undead cards, bow your target Shugenja: Create two 2F/2C/0PH Shadowlands • Undead Personalities at the current battlefield. Lose 4 Honor.
vs.
Failure of Courage Battle: If you are the Defender: The enemy leader targets an unbowed Personality in his army. Move him home. Negate his movement to battlefields this turn.
In the case of this, can the Spider player legally use Unclean Sacrifice as he himself as the enemy leader is choosing who to move home? Or is this still considered another player's battle action?
If the case is the latter, then does Allegations apply the same way?
Allegations Battle: Target your unbowed Magistrate: Dishonor a target enemy Personality with Personal Honor lower than your Magistrate's Chi. The enemy Personality's controller chooses whether this action bows him or moves him home.
and if so, does The Height of Courage reaction work then against both Failure of Courage or Allegations?
The Height of Courage Reaction: Before the resolution of another player's action: Choose one of your personalities. Negate his movement from the action's effects. Battle: Give your target Personality and each of his Followers +1F.
Thanks

Unclean Sacrifice looks from where the action came from, not who did the choosing.
You may react with Unclean Sacrifice to another player playing either Failure of Courage or Allegations.
Similarly, The Height of Courage may be played in response to either of the above actions, as well.
