Hi
I have a personality with the printed tactitian trait e.g. Akodo Shunori I use his tactitian trait in the limited phase e.g. Banish All Doubt I attach De Bellis Yoditorum to Akodo Shunori
What is correct: a) Akodo Shunori's tactitian trait is "refreshed" and he can use it again b) Nothing. He already had the tactitian trait so he gets no extra use.

Will only attach to a Lion Clan personality. This Personality has Tactician and Commander. Battle: Bow this card: Draw a card.

The answer is "b)".
http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Card_features#Keywords: "A card either has a given keyword or it does not. Effects that grant a keyword to a card that already has it do not give it an extra copy of the keyword, and do not protect that card against a future effect that would remove that keyword."
Side note: Since Samurai Edition, Tactician, Samurai, Commander, etc are known as "Keywords", not "Traits".
