Hello. If I win a duel with a personality with a weapon attached and I have Dance of Blades in play, can I use Tetsu Kama Mura's trait to draw a card from the focus pool that I put at the bottom of the deck when the duel ended? Thanks a lot.
Dance of Blades Iaijutsu • Kata Limited: Put this card into play in your home. Discard any other Kata cards you control. While this card remains in play, you have the ability: "Reaction: After one of your Personalities wins a duel, if he has a Weapon: Draw a card."
Tetsu Kama Mura Before you draw a card: You may draw it from the bottom of your deck. Limited: Look at the top card of your Fate deck. You may put it at the bottom of your deck.

Read this entry in the comprehensive rules.
You will note that step H (Determine Outcome) is well before step K (Duel Cleanup, where focus pools are then sent to the bottom of the deck).
You will not be able to draw any cards that were in your focus pool via the granted Reaction on Dance of Blades.
