If Togashi Miyoko (Experienced) is bowed and I bow a temple to produce gold to buy someone in the dynasty phase, will she straighen? I know a similar question was asked before regarding fate cards. I don't know if bowing a temple for gold for a non-strategic or attaching something action is considered a "resolution of an action during which a temple bowed." Thanks.
[Mod edit: Experience level added. Please use complete card titles, and Experience levels if a a card has one, when asking questions. Thanks! - LH]

No. Togashi Miyoko (Experienced) straightens (and gains +2F) "after the resolution of an action during which a Temple bowed". An action always has a designator: Limited, Open, Battle or Reaction (see Abilities and actions). When you buy Holdings and Personalities during your Dynasty Phase, you are not taking an action (see Dynasty Phase) so you cannot straighten Miyoko with her Reaction even if you bow a Temple Holding to pay the Gold cost of such a card that you are bringing into play.
